For leadership development we recommend an in-depth, non-judgmental, 360° leadership evaluation and development planning process that involves individual managers, peers, direct reports and supervisors

This 360° assessment gives each manager specific individual insight into their specific leadership attributes and their effectiveness as it relates to the culture and strategy of the organization. We work individually with each manager to assist them in understanding what leadership attributes may be out of alignment with the needs of the organization and help them develop a plan for building their leadership skills. Our approach, which is based on substantial independent research, enables you to design a leadership training and development plan for each individual leader that is tailored to the needs of the organization they lead and any larger organization they may work within.
